This role supports internal teams, technicians, and customers by ensuring all documentation are processed, stored, and delivered efficiently. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication are essential.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain document management systems to ensure accurate ﬁling and retrieval of records.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with archival standards.</li><li>Facilitate the digitization of physical records to enhance accessibility and security.</li><li>Provide administrative support related to records coordination tasks as needed.</li><li>Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency before ﬁnalization or distribution.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proﬁcient in Excel and Word.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in ﬁling and maintaining records.</li><li>Experience in data management, including data entry, retrieval, and analysis.</li><li>Strong proofreading skills to ensure the quality of documentation.</li><li>Demonstrating an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Submit all resumes to tkurtz@ar-energyservices.comPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
