Leadership &amp; Team ManagementEligibility Criteria:&bull;Graduate / Postgraduate in Waste Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Logistics/Supply Chain. &bull; Minimum 5 years of experience in solid waste management, logistics, delivery operations, or supply chain project management. &bull; Proven experience in handling multi-location projects and large field teams. &bull; Strong knowledge of logistics operations, fleet management, and manpower planning. &bull; Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and project tracking tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Power BI, or ERP systems). &bull; Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Salary: 50,000-60,000 per Month,Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
