PRT SocialScience Teacher

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach core social science concepts (geography, history, civics, community life) to young learners, ensuring alignment with school curriculum standards.
• Lesson Planning: Develop creative lesson plans using, audio-visual aids, maps, and interactive activities to encourage student interest.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and productive classroom environment, fostering inclusivity and respect.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Monitor student progress through continuous assessment, including quizzes, presentations, and project work.
• Parent-Teacher Collaboration: Provide regular updates to parents regarding student performance, behavior, and development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Graduate degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) in a relevant field and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or elementary teaching certification.
• Certification: CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) Paper I or equivalent state-level certification is often required.
• Experience: 1–3 years of prior teaching experience at the primary level is generally preferred.
