We urgently need a CNA/PCA for a weekend positionTime: 10AM to 5PM 7 days a week or 5 days a week Hoyer lift available-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------A &amp; S Health Care Service is a licensed home care service provider in the following counties:Gwinnett, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee, Henry, Clayton, and Rockdale.We are looking to hire qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Patient Care Assistant (PCA)Qualifications:<ul><li>Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Assistant (PCA)</li><li>Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience required, based on state requirements, with home health experience preferred</li><li>Current CPR certification, based on state requirements</li><li>Updated TB results/ Chest x-ray</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist patients with activities of daily living to include bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation and range of motion exercises in accordance with plans of care</li><li>Obtain patients' vital signs to include temperatures, pulses and blood pressures</li><li>Track patients' input and output as required</li><li>Change linens according to established schedule and patient needs</li><li>Complete all appropriate paperwork, and submit to management</li><li>Adhere to all established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li><li>Must be dependable</li></ul>A &amp; S Health Care Service is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to hiring and maintaining capable and devoted workforces.
