Caregiver/Personal Assistant (CNA/PCA)

We urgently need a CNA/PCA for a weekend position

Time: 10AM to 5PM 7 days a week or 5 days a week

A & S Health Care Service is a licensed home care service provider in the following counties:

Gwinnett, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee, Henry, Clayton, and Rockdale.

We are looking to hire qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Assistant (PCA)
• Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience required, based on state requirements, with home health experience preferred
• Current CPR certification, based on state requirements
• Updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living to include bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation and range of motion exercises in accordance with plans of care
• Obtain patients' vital signs to include temperatures, pulses and blood pressures
• Track patients' input and output as required
• Change linens according to established schedule and patient needs
• Complete all appropriate paperwork, and submit to management
• Adhere to all established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Must be dependable
