Apply Today!⸻Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Schedule employee shifts and staffing for upcoming events</li><li>Call customers to confirm delivery times and event details</li><li>Plan and organize daily truck routes for delivery teams</li><li>Print and prepare waivers for upcoming events</li><li>Print and organize delivery paperwork for drivers and crews</li><li>Organize and file returned paperwork from completed jobs</li><li>Communicate with team members to ensure deliveries run smoothly</li><li>Help maintain organization within the office and scheduling systems</li></ul>⸻QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Basic computer skills and comfort working with scheduling software</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Experience in office scheduling, dispatching, logistics coordination, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.⸻Why Work at A&amp;S Party Rental?Working at A&amp;S Party Rental means helping bring celebrations and events to life.
