</div><ul><li>Has extensive experience in collecting data and information from researchers.</li><li>
Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic and able to write scientific articles in English.</li><li>
 Possesses research skills and the ability to write research papers.</li><li>
Assist in conducting literature reviews and summarizing key findings from academic articles.</li><li>
Support data collection through surveys, experiments, or fieldwork as needed.</li><li>
Analyze and organize research data using [software/tools].</li><li>
Ensure adherence to ethical standards and research protocols.</li></ul>

Strong interest in research and a willingness to learn new techniques.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>

</div><p></p><p>The Research Assistant in Tourism/Entrepreneurship will primarily support the research efforts of the principal investigator in a funded research project. This role involves conducting literature reviews, gathering and analyzing data, assisting in developing research proposals, and contributing to disseminating research findings through publications and presentations.</p>
</div><p></p><div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h4>
</div><p>Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to gather relevant information and identify gaps in existing research within the field of tourism and entrepreneurship.</p><p>
Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate research methodologies and statistical techniques.</p><p>
Research Proposal Development: Collaborate with senior researchers to develop research proposals, including formulating research questions, designing methodologies, and outlining project timelines and deliverables.</p><p>
Publication Support: Contribute to the writing and editing of research papers, reports, and presentations for publication in academic journals, conference proceedings, and other scholarly outlets.</p><p>
Project Coordination: Coordinate research activities, including scheduling meetings, arranging participant recruitment, managing research databases, and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and research protocols.</p>
</div><div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience</b></h4>
</div><p></p><p>Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in academic research or applied research settings. This may include experience as a research assistant, postdoctoral researcher, or similar role within academia or industry.</p>
</div><p></p><div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills</b></h4>
</div><p>Advanced knowledge of theories, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to marketing and entrepreneurship research.</p><p>
Proficiency in research design, data collection, and analysis techniques.</p><p>
Familiarity with academic publishing standards and conventions.</p>
</div><div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualification</b></h4>
</div><p></p><p>PhD or Master in Marketing, Tourism Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a related field.</p><p>
Strong academic background focusing on quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.</p><p>
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, AMOS, SMARTPLS) and qualitative data analysis tools (e.g., NVivo).</p><p>
Prior experience in academic research, preferably in tourism marketing and entrepreneurship, is highly desirable</p><p>
Grant Writing Experience (Preferable): Proven experience in preparing and submitting research grant proposals, with a successful track record in securing funding&mdash;highly beneficial for supporting institutional projects</p>
