Job Description: Field Application Engineer (FAE)The Field Application Engineer (FAE) serves as a technical liaison between the company&rsquo;s engineering teams and customers. This role involves providing technical support, product demonstrations, and ensuring successful product integration for customers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Technical Support: Provide first-level support for AVer products (installation, usage, troubleshooting) via email, phone, video, and remote access tools.</li><li>RMA Management: Handle RMA/DOA requests, check products for defects, repair and return items, and update customers.</li><li>Inventory: Maintain accurate records of spare parts and place weekly orders with HQ.</li><li>Trade Show Support: Prepare, configure, and check units for trade shows, assisting with setup and teardown.</li><li>Loan Management: Maintain and manage loan equipment, ensuring returns are checked and refurbished as needed.</li></ul>Expectations:<ul><li>Provide reliable technical support to customers.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams for product improvements.</li><li>Resolve technical issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.</li><li>Adapt to evolving technologies within the industry.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong understanding of hardware/software integration.</li><li>Experience with debugging tools and embedded systems.</li><li>Proficiency in programming (C, C++, Python).</li><li>Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet).</li><li>Familiarity with PCB design, cloud computing, IoT, or AI is a plus.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Customer-focused with a proactive approach to issue resolution.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Willingness to travel for customer support.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &euro;2.438,40 per monthWork Location: In person
