Job Description: Field Application Engineer (FAE)

The Field Application Engineer (FAE) serves as a technical liaison between the company’s engineering teams and customers. This role involves providing technical support, product demonstrations, and ensuring successful product integration for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide first-level support for AVer products (installation, usage, troubleshooting) via email, phone, video, and remote access tools.
• RMA Management: Handle RMA/DOA requests, check products for defects, repair and return items, and update customers.
• Inventory: Maintain accurate records of spare parts and place weekly orders with HQ.
• Trade Show Support: Prepare, configure, and check units for trade shows, assisting with setup and teardown.
• Loan Management: Maintain and manage loan equipment, ensuring returns are checked and refurbished as needed.

• Provide reliable technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product improvements.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to evolving technologies within the industry.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of hardware/software integration.
• Experience with debugging tools and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in programming (C, C++, Python).
• Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet).
• Familiarity with PCB design, cloud computing, IoT, or AI is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €2.438,40 per month
