Job Description:AA Tracker (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Customer Service Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service with a strong focus on client satisfaction, communication, and relationship management.This role involves managing existing client portfolios, ensuring quality service calls, and supporting internal reporting and customer data management processes.Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily MIS reports and work sheets.Update and manage customer records and data.Record and follow up on customer complaints promptly and efficiently.Handle inbound and outbound service-related calls with professionalism.Support sales functions by maintaining client relations and portfolio servicing.Candidate Requirements:Gender: Female (as per position requirement)Minimum Experience: 3 years in a customer service -related role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage data efficiently with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Why Join Us?At AA Tracker's Pvt.
