Job Description:

AA Tracker (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Customer Service Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service with a strong focus on client satisfaction, communication, and relationship management.

This role involves managing existing client portfolios, ensuring quality service calls, and supporting internal reporting and customer data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily MIS reports and work sheets.

Update and manage customer records and data.

Record and follow up on customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

Handle inbound and outbound service-related calls with professionalism.

Support sales functions by maintaining client relations and portfolio servicing.

Candidate Requirements:

Gender: Female (as per position requirement)

Minimum Experience: 3 years in a customer service -related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage data efficiently with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
