<ul><li>Manage inbound inquiries and provide accurate product, pricing, and installation information.</li><li>Qualify leads based on requirements and close sales</li><li>Maintain updated call logs, customer records, and follow-up details in the CRM.</li><li>Clearly explain key features, benefits, and ROl of solar systems.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.</li><li>Achieve daily/ monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and performance KPIs.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, technical discussions, and follow-up actions.</li><li>Adhere to process guidelines and maintain consistent call quality standards.</li></ul><p><br>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>
0-1 year experience in call center or telecalling roles; sales experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.</li><li>
Proven customer handling and persuasion abilities.</li><li>
Capability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.</li><li>
Basic computer skills with hands-on experience in CRM tools.</li><li>
Positive attitude, target-driven approach, and read iness to learn solar industry fundamentals.</li></ul></div><div></div>
