Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers

  • Manage inbound inquiries and provide accurate product, pricing, and installation information.
  • Qualify leads based on requirements and close sales
  • Maintain updated call logs, customer records, and follow-up details in the CRM.
  • Clearly explain key features, benefits, and ROl of solar systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
  • Achieve daily/ monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and performance KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, technical discussions, and follow-up actions.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and maintain consistent call quality standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0-1 year experience in call center or telecalling roles; sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Proven customer handling and persuasion abilities.
  • Capability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
  • Basic computer skills with hands-on experience in CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, target-driven approach, and read iness to learn solar industry fundamentals.
