We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with a strong background in ERP/Software/SAP Business One to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the any ERP or IT solutions industry, with a proven ability to generate qualified leads, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate closely with field sales and marketing teams.
- Generate and manage new business opportunities for ERP and software solutions
- Sell and promote SAP Business One products
- Visit clients to understand their business processes and pain points
- Understand client business needs and effectively communicate SAP product
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead status, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with field sales and solution consultants to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and
- Develop and execute account-based strategies in alignment with marketing
- Stay up-to-date on SAP product developments, industry trends, and competitor
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and key decision-makers to drive account penetration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related
- Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience, ideally within the IT, software, ERP, SAP ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a
- SAP Partner experience or certifications (e.g., SAP Sales Associate)
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales
