Job SummaryThe Marketing Employee will be responsible for promoting the eye clinic&rsquo;s services, increasing patient footfall, coordinating outreach programs, and building relationships with local communities, doctors, and organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote eye clinic services such as eye check-ups, cataract surgery, LASIK, spectacles, and offersConduct field marketing activities (societies, schools, offices, shops, industries)Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and promotional materialsOrganize and coordinate free eye check-up camps and awareness programsBuild relationships with referring doctors, opticians, NGOs, societies, and corporatesExplain clinic services, packages, and offers to patients clearlyCollect patient leads and follow up for appointmentsMaintain daily marketing activity reportsSupport digital promotions (WhatsApp, social media sharing, local ads)Work closely with front desk and doctors to meet monthly targetsJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹9,943.16 - ₹40,099.81 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
