Marketing Assistant for eye clinic

Job Summary

The Marketing Employee will be responsible for promoting the eye clinic’s services, increasing patient footfall, coordinating outreach programs, and building relationships with local communities, doctors, and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Promote eye clinic services such as eye check-ups, cataract surgery, LASIK, spectacles, and offers

Conduct field marketing activities (societies, schools, offices, shops, industries)

Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and promotional materials

Organize and coordinate free eye check-up camps and awareness programs

Build relationships with referring doctors, opticians, NGOs, societies, and corporates

Explain clinic services, packages, and offers to patients clearly

Collect patient leads and follow up for appointments

Maintain daily marketing activity reports

Support digital promotions (WhatsApp, social media sharing, local ads)

Work closely with front desk and doctors to meet monthly targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,943.16 - ₹40,099.81 per month
