Job Title: HR ExecutiveDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: Sector 58, GurugramJob Summary: As an HR Executive with a primary focus on talent acquisition, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. Additionally, you will take on operational and HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities to contribute to the overall HR function.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals</li><li>Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals</li><li>Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability</li><li>Interview Coordination: Manage and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience</li><li>Selection and Onboarding: Facilitate the selection process, including offer negotiation, and collaborate with other departments for a seamless onboarding experience</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Proven 1-2 yrs experience in talent acquisition with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes (Preferably from Ed-Tech Background)</li><li>Familiarity with HR operations and business partnering</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws and regulations</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current annual CTC?</li><li>What are your salary expectations?</li><li>If shortlisted, how soon can you join us?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
