Position: Marketing Associate Location: Thane (On-site) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM Experience: 1&ndash;3 years Department: MarketingAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate with prior experience in the Education sector The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to execute impactful marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement and brand growth.Key Responsibilities &#9679; Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote educational programs and services. &#9679; Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports to optimize results. &#9679; Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics. &#9679; Create presentations / proposals, and write blog posts as needed. &#9679; Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectivesRequirements &#9679; 1&ndash;3 years of marketing experience in the Education or Edtech industry. &#9679; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. &#9679; Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals. &#9679; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. &#9679; Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (Google Forms, Canva, CRM tools, etc.). &#9679; A proactive, result-oriented, and creative mindset.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with salary range up to 25k?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
