Marketing Associate – Educational Website (Salary offered up to 25k)

Position: Marketing Associate
Location: Thane (On-site)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate with prior experience in the Education sector The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to execute impactful marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote educational programs and services.
● Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports to optimize results.
● Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
● Create presentations / proposals, and write blog posts as needed.
● Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives

Requirements
● 1–3 years of marketing experience in the Education or Edtech industry.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (Google Forms, Canva, CRM tools, etc.).
● A proactive, result-oriented, and creative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
