Lucent Dental Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Bilingual Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing dental team. The front desk team plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our patients, helping ensure a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out.We are looking for someone who is professional, patient-focused, and able to manage a fast-paced dental office environment.Position OverviewThe Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and supporting the clinic's daily operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, communicating with patients, and working closely with providers and staff.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions</li><li>Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, including PPO, Medicaid, and CHIP when applicable</li><li>Enter and update patient information in the practice management system</li><li>Manage and coordinate the daily schedule for providers</li><li>Assist patients with treatment plans, co-pays, and patient portions</li><li>Check out patients and schedule future appointments</li><li>Maintain electronic records and consent forms</li><li>Support orthodontic scheduling and follow-up appointments when needed</li><li>Communicate with the clinical team to maintain efficient patient flow</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual required: English and Spanish</li><li>Previous dental front desk experience preferred</li><li>Experience in an orthodontic office preferred</li><li>Experience with Open Dental software is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of dental insurance verification and patient billing</li><li>Experience presenting treatment plans is a plus, but not required</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment</li><li>Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Employee dental discount</li><li>Access to employee discounts through ADP LifeMart on travel, shopping, and services</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Pay: From $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
