Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Pediatric & General Dentistry | Full Time

We are hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with experience in pediatric dentistry and general dentistry to join our North Dallas team, off Preston near 635. This role supports a fast-paced clinical environment focused on patient care, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for general and pediatric dental procedures
• Assist with pediatric cases, including oral sedation and patient stabilization
• Take dental x-rays and maintain compliance with safety protocols
• Sterilization and infection control following OSHA standards
• Chart accurately in Dentrix
• Provide patient and parent education
• Support schedule production by working on broken appointment lists and confirming patients
• Assist with maintaining a productive, full schedule during slower periods
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDA license
• Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience required
• Experience in pediatric dentistry and oral sedation preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Familiar with Dentrix
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Schedule

• Full-time
• Based in Dallas, TX (North Dallas, off Preston near 635)
• Schedule may vary based on clinic needs
• Clinic is open two Saturdays per month (half day)
