We are seeking a skilled PLC Support &amp; Maintenance Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC-based automation systems. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of industrial control systems, minimizing downtime, and providing technical support for manufacturing/production processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PLC systems to ensure continuous plant operations</li><li>Provide day-to-day technical support for automation and control systems</li><li>Diagnose and resolve faults in PLC hardware, I/O modules, sensors, actuators, and control panels</li><li>Modify and update PLC programs as required for process improvements</li><li>Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on automation equipment</li><li>Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability</li><li>Support commissioning and testing of new machines and automation projects</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for PLC programs, backups, and change logs</li><li>Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant procedures</li></ul>PLC &amp; Automation Systems<ul><li>PLCs: Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Schneider / Omron (as applicable)</li><li>HMIs &amp; SCADA systems</li><li>Industrial networks: Profibus, ProfNet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus</li><li>Drives, VFDs, servos, and motor control systems</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in PLC support and maintenance (can be adjusted)</li><li>Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and fault diagnosis</li><li>Experience with industrial automation systems in manufacturing environments</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control schematics</li><li>Basic knowledge of sensors, actuators, and instrumentation</li><li>Willingness to work in shifts and respond to breakdowns</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with SCADA systems</li><li>Knowledge of robotics or motion control</li><li>Exposure to Industry 4.0 / data integration</li><li>Good communication and documentation skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,289.88 - ₹40,820.35 per monthWork Location: In person
