Aaron Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Fairport, NY 
Pay: $29.00 per hour 
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday&ndash;Friday | 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM (Flexible) 
Aaron Manor is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Financial Service Manager to join our leadership team. This key position oversees the financial and administrative operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring accurate billing, accounts receivable management, resident trust accounting, and Medicaid processing.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage cash receipting, deposits, and accounts receivable processes</li><li>
Prepare and send monthly private pay and NAMI invoices</li><li>
Oversee billing adjustments, payer changes, and collections processes</li><li>
Coordinate Medicaid applications, recertifications, and pending documentation</li><li>
Maintain accurate resident demographic and financial records in PCC</li><li>
Manage resident trust accounts, reconciliations, and quarterly statements</li><li>
Serve as liaison with families regarding financial responsibilities</li><li>
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Participate in Utilization Review meetings and quality improvement initiatives</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience in healthcare billing, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility business office preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of Medicaid, private pay billing, and accounts receivable processes</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Proficient in basic computer systems (PCC experience preferred)</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism</li></ul>
