Pay: $29.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible)

Aaron Manor is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Financial Service Manager to join our leadership team. This key position oversees the financial and administrative operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring accurate billing, accounts receivable management, resident trust accounting, and Medicaid processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash receipting, deposits, and accounts receivable processes

• Prepare and send monthly private pay and NAMI invoices

• Oversee billing adjustments, payer changes, and collections processes

• Coordinate Medicaid applications, recertifications, and pending documentation

• Maintain accurate resident demographic and financial records in PCC

• Manage resident trust accounts, reconciliations, and quarterly statements

• Serve as liaison with families regarding financial responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements

• Participate in Utilization Review meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare billing, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility business office preferred

• Knowledge of Medicaid, private pay billing, and accounts receivable processes

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in basic computer systems (PCC experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
