Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operations Planning: Develop and implement efficient routes, schedules, and logistics for shipments.</li><li>Fleet Management: Oversee daily vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and ensure roadworthiness.</li><li>Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage drivers and transport staff; monitor performance.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety: Ensure adherence to national/international transport laws, safety standards, and company policies (e.g., dangerous goods, driver hours).</li><li>Cost &amp; Budget Control: Monitor transportation costs, negotiate with carriers, and manage budgets.</li><li>Coordination: Liaise with warehouse, production, and other departments; manage third-party carriers.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle shipping documentation.</li></ul>Location: Kota, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
