We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operational activities related to production, logistics, and export processes. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating between departments, ensuring smooth dispatches, managing export documentation, and maintaining quality and efficiency in operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate daily operations including procurement, production planning, and dispatch.</li><li>Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure accurate weighing and packaging of rice ash.</li><li>Manage and track export orders &mdash; from order confirmation to shipment.</li><li>Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills.</li><li>Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and port/customs agents for timely shipment.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.</li><li>Maintain communication with suppliers and clients regarding order status and logistics.</li><li>Support management in operational planning, cost control, and process improvement.</li></ul>Location: Kota, Rajasthan (Male Candidates Preffered)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
