Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Planning: Develop and implement efficient routes, schedules, and logistics for shipments.
• Fleet Management: Oversee daily vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and ensure roadworthiness.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage drivers and transport staff; monitor performance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to national/international transport laws, safety standards, and company policies (e.g., dangerous goods, driver hours).
• Cost & Budget Control: Monitor transportation costs, negotiate with carriers, and manage budgets.
• Coordination: Liaise with warehouse, production, and other departments; manage third-party carriers.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle shipping documentation.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
