Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Take full ownership and accountability for closing assigned positions within the defined timelines.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.</li><li>Conduct initial HR screening to assess communication skills, experience, and job fit.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure smooth recruitment flow.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment activities in the database.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process to avoid dropouts.</li><li>Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.</li><li>Manage time effectively to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good ownership, accountability, and task completion ability.</li><li>Strong time-management and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;21,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
