This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young children&rsquo;s lives while working in a supportive, dynamic setting.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of infants.</li><li>Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring safety at all times.</li><li>Observe and document each child's developmental milestones to tailor care plans effectively.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and milestones.</li><li>Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior and encouraging social interactions among infants.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to plan activities that support early childhood education standards and individual needs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility is REQUIRED.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for infant care.</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively while providing nurturing care.</li><li>Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members professionally.</li><li>Experience with behavior management techniques suitable for infants is desirable.</li><li>Passion for caregiving, teaching, and supporting young children's growth in a safe and loving environment.
