Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems with precision.</li><li>Identifying systems needing replacement and presenting options to clients.</li><li>Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure systems run smoothly.</li><li>Selling repair services, upgrades, and equipment.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized company vehicle stocked with necessary tools and inventory.</li><li>Delivering exceptional customer service while upholding a positive and professional attitude.</li></ul>Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.Job requirements<ul><li>Experience: 3-5 years of residential HVAC work with a strong track record in repairs and sales.</li><li>Education: High school coursework.</li><li>Certifications:</li><li>EPA Type 2 Certification.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record (insurance purposes).</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.</li><li>Strong sales and communication skills to present replacement and upgrade options.</li><li>Technical knowledge and the ability to operate hand and power tools.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Must pass a background check (in compliance with TDLR) and drug testing.</li><li>In-house technical evaluation and personality index assessment required.</li></ul>ABA Heating and Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
