Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage invoicing, payment processing, and billing-related queries. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing operations and maintain strong coordination with internal departments and clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time</li><li>Verify billing data, contracts, purchase orders, and payment terms</li><li>Maintain billing records and update accounting systems</li><li>Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies</li><li>Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients</li><li>Prepare billing reports and statements for management</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations</li><li>Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams for billing support</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>6 months &ndash;2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of GST, taxation, and invoicing standards</li><li>Experience in ERP systems</li><li>Ability to handle high-volume transactions</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
