Landscape Supervisor &ndash; Now Hiring!Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in landscaping, lawn care, and horticulture &mdash; along with proven leadership and project management skills. This is a hands-on position that requires overseeing daily operations while ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of landscaping and hardscaping projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.</li><li>Supervise, train, and motivate team members in landscape maintenance and installation techniques.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.</li><li>Manage equipment usage and maintenance to keep tools and machinery in top condition.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.</li><li>Implement best practices for landscape design, construction, and maintenance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance and installation.</li><li>Supervisory or crew leader experience required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of horticulture, lawn care, irrigation systems, and tree/shrub care.</li><li>Familiarity with hardscape and construction processes is preferred.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required; ability to drive with a trailer is a must.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li></ul>Why Join Us:Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Opportunity to lead a skilled, passionate team Based in Bethlehem PAJoin our team and take pride in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces while leading a crew that values hard work and quality craftsmanship!Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekWork Location: In person
