Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in landscaping, lawn care, and horticulture — along with proven leadership and project management skills. This is a hands-on position that requires overseeing daily operations while ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of landscaping and hardscaping projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members in landscape maintenance and installation techniques.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage equipment usage and maintenance to keep tools and machinery in top condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Implement best practices for landscape design, construction, and maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance and installation.
• Supervisory or crew leader experience required.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, lawn care, irrigation systems, and tree/shrub care.
• Familiarity with hardscape and construction processes is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to drive with a trailer is a must.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
