  • Kind – You treat everyone with respect — teammates, clients, and vendors alike.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You’re a seasoned landscaping or hardscaping pro with leadership experience who wants more than just a paycheck. You want to be part of something meaningful. • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
  • Fluent in English (Spanish a major plus)
  • Able to safely operate and tow with truck/trailer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultations: meet with clients, understand their problems/goals, and create a plan/design
  • Estimates/Proposals: write up proposals/estimates to send to clients, ensuring that profit margin goals will be achieved.
  • Design: when necessary, create full landscape designs using our company software
  • Sales: follow up with clients, get feedback on your proposal, with an aim to win projects
  • Material purchasing: submit material orders to relevant suppliers; ensure that deliveries are scheduled correctly
  • Schedule Oversight: regularly review project schedule to ensure that we work efficiently
  • Client Communication: keeping in contact with clients in regards to upcoming clients
  • Project Coordination: submit 811 dig tickets, ensure that all labor and materials are correctly scheduled for upcoming projects, meet with the crew to kickoff the projects, assist with project management as needed (material pick ups, client experience, change orders, and ensure that work is completed to Redwood standards)
  • Financials: Track costs & record receipts

What We Offer

  • Competitive, above-industry pay based on experience and output
  • Year-round guaranteed income
  • Bonus opportunities tied to performance
