You want to be part of something meaningful. Your experience in the outdoor industry gives you confidence to solve landscape problems and create beautiful designs. And you&rsquo;re eager to join a company that values integrity, craftsmanship, and relationships.&#11835;Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years in the outdoor industry</li><li>Experience with/strong knowledge of landscape materials, plants, and outdoor design principles</li><li>Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving</li><li>Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented</li><li>Fluent in English (Spanish a major plus)</li><li>Able to safely operate and tow with truck/trailer</li></ul>&#11835;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Consultations: meet with clients, understand their problems/goals, and create a plan/design</li><li>Estimates/Proposals: write up proposals/estimates to send to clients, ensuring that profit margin goals will be achieved.</li><li>Design: when necessary, create full landscape designs using our company software</li><li>Sales: follow up with clients, get feedback on your proposal, with an aim to win projects</li><li>Material purchasing: submit material orders to relevant suppliers; ensure that deliveries are scheduled correctly</li><li>Schedule Oversight: regularly review project schedule to ensure that we work efficiently</li><li>Client Communication: keeping in contact with clients in regards to upcoming clients</li><li>Project Coordination: submit 811 dig tickets, ensure that all labor and materials are correctly scheduled for upcoming projects, meet with the crew to kickoff the projects, assist with project management as needed (material pick ups, client experience, change orders, and ensure that work is completed to Redwood standards)</li><li>Financials: Track costs &amp; record receipts</li></ul>&#11835;What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive, above-industry pay based on experience and output</li><li>Year-round guaranteed income</li><li>Bonus opportunities tied to performance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Strong culture rooted in trust, transparency, and mutual respect</li><li>A true leadership opportunity &mdash; not just a job</li><li>The chance to shape a growing company and grow alongside it</li></ul>&#11835;Timeline &amp; Hiring ProcessStart Date: February 2026If you need a position sooner, this role likely isn&rsquo;t the right fit &mdash; but if you&rsquo;re thinking long-term and want to build something great together, let&rsquo;s talk.&#11835;How to Apply:1.
