  • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
  • Fluent in English (Spanish a major plus)
  • Able to safely operate and tow with truck/trailer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material purchasing: submit material orders to relevant suppliers; ensure that deliveries are scheduled correctly
  • Schedule Oversight: regularly review project schedule to ensure that we work efficiently
  • Client Communication: keeping in contact with clients in regards to upcoming clients
  • Project Management: submit 811 dig tickets, ensure that all labor and materials are correctly scheduled for upcoming projects, meet with the crew to kickoff the projects, manage the project to completion (material pick ups, client experience, change orders, and ensure that work is completed to Redwood standards)
  • Financials: Track costs & record receipts

Compensation

  • Base salary starting between $75,000-$95,000 depending on experience, plus bonus structures based on performance with the opportunity to make $125,000+.
  • Year-round guaranteed income
