Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Preschool Teacher to join our early educational team. This role is ideal for someone eager to take initiative and take pride in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for toddlers. The candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the developmental needs of children aged 18 months to 30 monthsResponsibilities<ul><li>Develop classroom procedures and manage the daily flow.</li><li>Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of students.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.</li><li>Must have 12 ECE / CD units (Transcripts or certification required)</li><li>Previous experience teaching toddlers in a licensed early childhood setting for at least 1 year (required)</li><li>CPR / First Aid certification ( or ability to obtain upon hire).</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is highly desirable.</li><li>A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
