Toddler Preschool Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Preschool Teacher to join our early educational team. This role is ideal for someone eager to take initiative and take pride in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for toddlers. The candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the developmental needs of children aged 18 months to 30 months

Responsibilities

• Develop classroom procedures and manage the daily flow.
• Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
• Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Must have 12 ECE / CD units (Transcripts or certification required)
• Previous experience teaching toddlers in a licensed early childhood setting for at least 1 year (required)
• CPR / First Aid certification ( or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is highly desirable.
