Job Vacancy: Sales RepresentativeCompany: Abdul Aziz for Fruits and Vegetables Doha-QatarJob SummaryThe sales representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, increasing sales revenue, and ensuring excellent service to existing and potential clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (retail shops, supermarkets, Hypermarkets, restaurants, catering companies, etc.).</li><li>Identify and approach new customers to expand the company&rsquo;s market presence</li><li>Promote company products (fruits and vegetables) and explain product quality and pricing</li><li>Achieve sales targets set by management</li><li>Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports</li><li>Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with the accounts department</li><li>Monitor market prices and competitor activities</li><li>Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing</li><li>Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, and customer information</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Good knowledge of customer relationship management</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and Arabic speaking (more preferred)</li><li>Previous sales experience (FMCG/FFV or fresh produce experience)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets</li><li>Good negotiation and convincing skills</li><li>Must have a valid Qatar driving license. (Mandatory)</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: QR 3,000 to 10,000 (QR 600 Food included in Salary) (Salary Based on Experience and performance)</li><li>Other benefits: Accommodation, commission based on Sales Target achieved</li></ul>Others:<ul><li>NOC/visa should be transferable.</li><li>Salary increment: Provided based on review and strictly based on performance.</li><li>Education: Minimum bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing/accounting or any other related field preferred.</li><li>Requirement attachment: CV, work experience certificate, educational certificate, etc.</li><li>Duty Hours: 8 + 2 hours.</li><li>Probation Period: 3 Months.</li><li>worked experience in the food industry (FFV, FMCG).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing/Sales Representative: 2 years &amp; above</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>qatar valid driving license (Required)</li></ul>
