Job Summary

The sales representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, increasing sales revenue, and ensuring excellent service to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (retail shops, supermarkets, Hypermarkets, restaurants, catering companies, etc.).
• Identify and approach new customers to expand the company’s market presence
• Promote company products (fruits and vegetables) and explain product quality and pricing
• Achieve sales targets set by management
• Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports
• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with the accounts department
• Monitor market prices and competitor activities
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, and customer information

Requirements

• Good knowledge of customer relationship management
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic speaking (more preferred)
• Previous sales experience (FMCG/FFV or fresh produce experience)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
• Must have a valid Qatar driving license. (Mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: QR 3,000 to 10,000 (QR 600 Food included in Salary) (Salary Based on Experience and performance)
• Other benefits: Accommodation, commission based on Sales Target achieved

Others:

• NOC/visa should be transferable.
• Salary increment: Provided based on review and strictly based on performance.
• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing/accounting or any other related field preferred.
• Requirement attachment: CV, work experience certificate, educational certificate, etc.
• Duty Hours: 8 + 2 hours.
• Probation Period: 3 Months.
• worked experience in the food industry (FFV, FMCG).

Experience:

• Marketing/Sales Representative: 2 years & above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• qatar valid driving license (Required)
