Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and review company HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Manage recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the organization.</li><li>Liaise with relevant government authorities and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Oversee employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.</li><li>Provide strategic HR support to management and contribute to organizational development.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bahraini National.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (higher qualifications will be an advantage).</li><li>Proven experience in human resources management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws, government procedures, and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.</li></ul>Compensation: Salary and benefits package will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.Reporting Line: The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager.Pay: BD700.000 - BD1,100.000 per monthWork Location: In person
