HR Manager (Bahraini National)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and review company HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the organization.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.
  • Provide strategic HR support to management and contribute to organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bahraini National.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (higher qualifications will be an advantage).
  • Proven experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws, government procedures, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.

Compensation:
Salary and benefits package will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.

Reporting Line:
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager.

Pay: BD700.000 - BD1,100.000 per month
