Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review company HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the organization.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.
- Provide strategic HR support to management and contribute to organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bahraini National.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (higher qualifications will be an advantage).
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws, government procedures, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
Compensation:
Salary and benefits package will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.
Reporting Line:
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager.
Pay: BD700.000 - BD1,100.000 per month
