We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our FMCG Non-Food distribution team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and wholesalers.</li><li>Promote and sell FMCG non-food products (such as household items, personal care, cleaning products,Apparel,Home Textiles, Garments, etc.).</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territory.</li><li>Ensure proper product display, visibility, and shelf placement in stores.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.</li><li>Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, and customer records.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company pricing, credit, and collection policies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in FMCG (Non-Food preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of KSA retail market and routes (preferred).</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.</li><li>Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.</li><li>Transferable Iqama preferred (if applicable).</li><li>Arabic and English communication skills will be an advantage.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current or last monthly salary?</li><li>What is your notice period, and when can you join?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
