JD for the post of Virtual Property Advisor (For US)Job Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 amResponsibilities:<ul><li>Identify potential investment properties through MLS, online real estate platforms (Zillow, Redfin, etc.), and off-market channels (wholesalers, driving for dollars, direct mail leads).</li><li>Perform virtual walkthroughs using Google Earth/Street View, verify property tax records, check for liens, and analyze neighborhood trends.</li><li>Conduct online consultations and virtual tours of residential properties in US for locals.</li><li>Handle inbound inquiries, perform outbound calls to prospective buyers, and nurture leads to convert them into closed deals.</li><li>Provide accurate details on pricing, floor plans, and amenities for off-plan projects.</li></ul>&middot; Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and property laws in US.Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in US real estate.</li><li>Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the property industry.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and property management practices.</li><li>Comfortable working with U.S.-based vendors and property managers.</li><li>Familiarity with U.S. utilities, vendors, and maintenance workflows.</li><li>Availability to work consistently during U.S. business hours.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
