Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.</li><li>Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support children's learning.</li><li>Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting teaching methods as needed.</li><li>Facilitate play-based learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting a positive atmosphere for learning.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators to support children with special needs or disabilities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in preschool settings</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.</li><li>Ability to create lesson plans that are inclusive of all learners, including those with special education needs.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.</li><li>Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.</li><li>If you are passionate about nurturing young minds and making a positive impact on their early learning experiences, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.50 - $19.32 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
