You&rsquo;ll gain hands-on administrative experience while making a meaningful impact, working alongside a team dedicated to helping others succeed.Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate, based on experience starting at $18.00 per hour.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options (eligibility based on hours/status)</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment with meaningful, purpose-driven work</li></ul>Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Greet visitors and staff; manage front desk operations</li><li>Answer and route calls; take accurate messages</li><li>Maintain logs, records, and basic documentation</li><li>Provide administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry, tracking)</li><li>Assist with staff files, basic payroll support, and compliance documentation</li><li>Support monitoring/audit preparation and organization of records</li><li>Handle confidential information professionally</li><li>Follow all policies and procedures</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Professional Expectations<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>Prior administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency in basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, email, and data entry systems)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times</li><li>Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to build collaborative relationships with staff, visitors, and team members</li><li>Remain focused, attentive, and engaged during work hours</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Arizona driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable driving record</li><li>Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card</li><li>Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and other applicable certifications)</li><li>Ability to meet all state and federal training and compliance requirements</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, or move items as needed (up to approximately 75 lbs occasionally)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Prescott, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
