Job Role:Responsible for supervising the day-to-day site operations, managing workers, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and as per design and specifications.Duties and Responsibilities:&middot; Supervise and guide workers, technicians, and subcontractors on site.&middot; Ensure that work is performed according to approved drawings and method statements.&middot; Monitor daily manpower, materials, and equipment usage.&middot; Maintain site cleanliness, order, and safety compliance.&middot; Coordinate with the Site Engineer regarding daily progress and technical issues.&middot; Report site problems, delays, or material shortages promptly.&middot; Ensure proper installation, alignment, and finishing of all construction works.&middot; Record daily work activities and submit reports to the Site Engineer.&middot; Maintain quality control and workmanship standards at all times.3 Month Probation PeriodJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Site Supervisor

Job Role:Responsible for managing technical aspects of the project, ensuring that construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Acts as the link between the project management team and on-site execution.Duties and Responsibilities:&middot; Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.&middot; Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.&middot; Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site progress.&middot; Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.&middot; Verify materials and ensure they meet the required quality standards.&middot; Ensure that all works are completed on time and within budget.&middot; Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and supporting documents for billing.&middot; Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures are strictly followed on site.&middot; Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the site team.3 Month Probation PeriodJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
