Site Supervisor

Job Role:

Responsible for supervising the day-to-day site operations, managing workers, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and as per design and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise and guide workers, technicians, and subcontractors on site.

· Ensure that work is performed according to approved drawings and method statements.

· Monitor daily manpower, materials, and equipment usage.

· Maintain site cleanliness, order, and safety compliance.

· Coordinate with the Site Engineer regarding daily progress and technical issues.

· Report site problems, delays, or material shortages promptly.

· Ensure proper installation, alignment, and finishing of all construction works.

· Record daily work activities and submit reports to the Site Engineer.

· Maintain quality control and workmanship standards at all times.

3 Month Probation Period

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
