 About the Role
 
 
 
 As we prepare to open our Houston manufacturing facility, Abnex, operating under Niedax MonoSystems is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day production activities and support the successful launch and ongoing performance of the site.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is responsible for ensuring safe operations, high-quality output, and efficient production performance, while leading and developing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead site operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure employees receive required safety training and consistently work in a safe manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and oversee production workflows to meet specifications, deadlines, and budget targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise, coach, and evaluate production personnel performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee production performance and resolve operational issues proactively
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other departments to align operational objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Report operational results and key metrics to senior management
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in hiring, performance management, and workforce planning activities
 </li>

 What You Bring
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Associate&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or production environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of production management principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations (OSHA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
 </li>

 Regular schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet production goals
 </li>

 Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
 </li>
