Registered Nurse MonitorWe are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide nursing assessment, follow-up, and supervision for our in-home patients. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.Responsibilities&middot; Carry out an assessment to establish the patient's baseline status, identify needs and determine the level of care necessary to meet the patient's needs.&middot; Develop an initial nursing care plan that is re-evaluated thirty periodically after the initial assessment and modified to meet the patient's skilled nursing needs.&middot; Monitor patients' condition and assess their needs to provide the best care and advice.&middot; Perform periodic review visits of current cases - observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress to fill in patients' charts.&middot; Perform routine procedures and document them in the client's charts.&middot; Foster, a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.&middot; Supervise care providers during each review visit and when needed.&middot; Document the assessment and follow-up report in the client chart on time.Skills&middot; A registered nurse with MBON with a valid nursing license.&middot; Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures&middot; A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; Responsible and compassionate&middot; Patient with excellent problem-solving skills&middot; CPRJob Types: Part-time, Contract, PRNPay: From $70.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
