Registered Nurse Monitor

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide nursing assessment, follow-up, and supervision for our in-home patients. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

Responsibilities

· Carry out an assessment to establish the patient's baseline status, identify needs and determine the level of care necessary to meet the patient's needs.

· Develop an initial nursing care plan that is re-evaluated thirty periodically after the initial assessment and modified to meet the patient's skilled nursing needs.

· Monitor patients' condition and assess their needs to provide the best care and advice.

· Perform periodic review visits of current cases - observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress to fill in patients' charts.

· Perform routine procedures and document them in the client's charts.

· Foster, a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.

· Supervise care providers during each review visit and when needed.

· Document the assessment and follow-up report in the client chart on time.

Skills

· A registered nurse with MBON with a valid nursing license.

· Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

· A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Responsible and compassionate

· Patient with excellent problem-solving skills

· CPR

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, PRN

Pay: From $70.00 per hour
